One of my favourite podcasts on future bets NFL etc. However today, the fellow in the middle could not be heard until the sound was up full blast. Try and get this sorted fellows. I was adjusting sound up and down depending on who was talking. Technical nightmare.

I really don't get how so many seem to think that CJ Stroud just simply can't possibly regress. I watched Texans games and evaluated the stats. The guy played great especially fr a rookie… but not THAT great. He had 1 astounding game which was kind of his coming out party against a decent Buccaneers defense but in reality their secondary was really struggling at that point and many guys played hurt that day. Besides that CJ to me played a ton of safe ball and let his playmakers work for him… which is a great plan especially for a rookie but it really plays to the fact that his closest comp coming out of college was Goff. I truly didn't see all the special that so many others seemed to see and maybe I am blind (either by bias or by stupidity). The stats while on the surface show a lot of big plays and high average per play but there was TONS of YAC in many games that may not repeat and despite his extreme efficiency and yards per play his overall QBR was rather pedestrian at 57.6 in part due to a fairly high sack and yards lost rate and pedestrian first down success rate. He also had a couple stinkers against the Panthers, the Jets and in the playoffs against the Ravens. I guess we will see if I am crazy but honestly i see a world where CJ has major luck regression in the INTs and if that happens it could start to go south quickly.
