According an article by The Athletic, the Chicago Blackhawks hockey team was rated the #1 most improved NHL team in the 2024 offseason.

Hawks General Manager Kyle Davidson surprised the hockey world as he signed a whopping eight players during the 2024 National Hockey League free agent frenzy adding some grizzled veterans to help make the team more competitive and aid in developing the rookies.
