I don't know if its the big fat cat paycheck that's continuing with HIS MEDIOCRITY But I believe at age 32- 33 his skills are fading and Now's the Time to cut and make the trade to bring in two starting pitchers at the end of 2024 and not wait any longer in 2025 with the same 240 average and not in the clutchÂ
but just coasting because age catches up with you in baseball – and his contract is an albatross financially on the whole entire San Diego front office
But you'll noticeÂ
Arraez Profar- Merrill -Solano and others cronesworth ….All are having to carry this teamÂ
(this whole year)
 because the machado's lack of power playing coasting at .245.hittingÂ
A 3rd baseman getting almost 40 million a year in my mind is tradable
