I feel like we should have annual ceremonies at the All Star Game where the goalies who were inducted into the Hall of Fame all take the ice in their old gear and get to take shots from all of the modern day studs.
He retired too early in my opinion. I think his enthusiasm for the outdoor game vs. Detroit proved that even way past his retirement he still had the competitive spirit that made him great. He was 37 when he retired and I think he was having issues with a hip (??) but he was still playing for a great team, his win total (35) was the 4th highest of his career and his G.A.A was the second best of his career. Clearly he still was able to play at a high level, I think he should have stuck around for another year or two and maybe just taken longer summers and more games off. Either way, he is the greatest!
Roy is considered one of the greatest in history Gretzky beat Roy many times to score goals. Yet people claim Gretzky isnt good enough to play in today's NHL. Millenials must hate logic and facts.

Directly after this he requested a trade
“Hey coach remember when you skated us?”
bombs a 100 mph slap shot at his balls
Why is 4 year old videos coming up in my recommends!
Wow, he still has those "could snap at any moment" eyes.
Wouldn’t have been sick if both goalies got injured and they had to put Roy in net as the Emergency
Is that Patrick Roy in goalie gear since 2001 or 2002 or late 90s
Now I want to see him dangle around Gretzky again
The GOAT
Fake! This can't be Roy…he didn't deke Gretzky at center ice. 😒
Cool
I hoped that he winked at the camera 😂😂
Nobody:
Roy: If you don’t score on me, you’re cut!
Let’s go

Roy should look into getting newer lighter pads. It will help him since hes out of shape.
