Lance Walker has spent his entire career trying to bring out the best in athletes.
Some of those athletes are the most elite of the elite, Olympians. With the Games underway in Paris, Lance will see things happening that a lot of us won’t.
But now as the leader of the Human Performance and Nutrition Research Institute at Oklahoma State, Walker is working to help not only athletes, but also Average Joes and Janes just like you and me. We’ll talk to him about that as well as his background, which has a Kansas State crossover with a certain OU football coach.
That and much more on The Jenni Carlson Show.
