This rebuild seens to be banking on a lot of hoping that some of the young guys develope into something far above their projected ceilings.
I'm sorry, but if the plan is to pray that drafting 15th is gonna miraculously get you a top end 1C or top end 1D, then this is exactly what they've already been doing for Groux' entire career.
