Tonights game was a big milestone for Brian Dumoulin on his 400th game and Chad Ruhwedel on his 200th game. The 1st period was off to a great start for the Penguins with goals from both Jake Guentzel and Jeff Carter ending the period with a 2-0 score. In the 2nd period both teams battled hard and the score remained the same. In the final period the Penguins played amazing defense with the help of Tristan Jarry to kill 3 penalties, including an 1:49 two-man advantage.

Maple leads 😂🤩😭
*Maple Leafs not Leads… They did not have any leads today… Or goals 😊
Thank you guys for these past couple wins
Congrats on the shutouts JarJar
YES PENS
So glad for the win! Keep it up, team. Good for Jarry.
wow, going from a near winless streak these past several games less last game, to getting 2 shutouts in a row:-) us pens fans needed this haha.
LETS GOOOOO
What's going on with Malkin? Is he out for the season? Thought I saw he was skating like a month ago then haven't heard anything.
Get it Jars!
tough loss for the maple leads tonight.
Hopefully, this is the beginning of a streak like the one that caused Jarry to unseat Murray, as the starter, back in January 2020.
Another big win and one where I get to tease my grandfather.
Good win. LGP.
It's about time that we finally find our groove.
thats a big sign of hope
Penguins @ maple leads 🤣
Good job on the pk to keep the lead 💪🏽💪🏽
We finally got a win streak going! Let's try to keep it goin' now!
lets be honest the penguins deserved this win, two slick goals that surprised most of us. Jarry was also outstanding yesterday night.
Good job boys, let's keep it up

Big 👍 for Tristan.

I don't understand why in North America the homecrowd starts booing after their goalie has made a save? Like several times this game when the pens had a chance or an odd man rush etc and Campbell made a save, you'd then hear the crowd start booing? In Sweden the homecrowd start cheering and clapping when their goalie makes a save. Maybe this is just a Toronto thing I don't know.
