Thanks for the cup Eric! You have cemented yourself as one of the greatest players to wear the red and black, and will always be in the hearts of your fans.
A true class act from beginning to end. #12 in the rafters for eternity. LGC!
I’m not crying you’re crying.
100% deserved and thank you for everything you did while in Carolina. It’s only the beginning!
Thank you for everything Eric! I really enjoyed your time in carolina and all you have brought. Helping us to the cup was an amazing accomplishment. Congratulations
Absolute Hurricanes’s legend.
Well deserved, Eric!
Congratulations!
Well done, well done
That 25th anniversary jersey continues to be the best thing we’ve done in the last 3 years. Need it full time as the home jersey with the OG white as away
Love it!!! Adding the name to the rafters LET'S GO CANES!!!
I am a Red Wings fan but I have always liked the Staal brothers. Eric has always been a class act. I look forward to seeing the jersey retirement ceremony. The Jager and Chelios ceremonies this past year were awesome
What a legend!
