🚨TRENDING: Titans 2nd year quarterback Will Levis is dating ‘Bachelor’ alum Victoria Fuller, he announced on IG.

Levis, 25, it is expected to have a breakout season, building off of an impressive rookie year.

NASHVILLE – At some point this offseason, receiver Treylon Burks sent a picture of himself to the Titans showing off his new physique.
It was proof of the work he’d put in during workouts away from Nashville, something he was proud of.
It brought a smile to the face of General Manager Ran Carthon.
“I think Treylon’s really grown up,” Carthon said. “He’s completely bought in. … I think he’s in a really good spot.”
A lot has changed since Burks was drafted in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Titans.
Burks has a new head coach, a new starting quarterback, the franchise has a new GM, and roster has changed dramatically, especially at the receiver position, where DeAndre Hopkins, Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd are now regarded as the team’s top three threats catching the football.
Burks, heading into his third NFL season, is ready to do his part.
Burks said he busted it this offseason to be ready, and he changed his body in the process.
“I feel terrific,” Burks said after Saturday’s practice at Nissan Stadium. “I just dedicated myself to it, and just wanted to grind. It’s just something different that I wanted to try, and obviously it has helped a lot since we started camp. I started doing it at the end of OTAs and I kept it going all the way through. I wanted to change my body drastically, and I’ve done that.”

So, how did he do it? And, how much weight did he lose?
“A little bit of everything — running, lifting, eating right,” Burks said with a smile. “I have a newborn on the way. I guess it’s the dad bod.”
Still smiling, Burks said: “I’ll let y’all ask coach about my weight, but I am down, a lot. And I feel a lot better.”
In his first two seasons, Burks has recorded 49 catches for 665 yards and a touchdown. In 2023, Burks caught 16 passes for 221 yards while playing in 11 games, with nine starts.
Burks wants to do more in 2024, including playing on special teams.
Burks, however, makes it clear he’s not focused on proving others right when asked about the praise heaped on him this offseason by teammates, coaches, and most recently, his general manager.
“I am here just to prove myself right, man. I am not here to prove anybody wrong,” Burks said. “Just do what God set in front of me to do, that’s what I am going to do.
“I would say it’s still the same mindset: Just go out there and be myself, don’t try to be nobody I’m not. And leave everything else to God.”

#Texans DE Denico Autry is being suspended 6 games for violating NFL policy against performance enhancing drugs.

He has released a statement saying, “It was important to me that the NFL know that I did not intentionally or even knowingly ingest a banned substance.“

  1. Sorry I was driving. I did watch the premiere!
Thank god we actually did let Autry walk!!! I wonder if he was under the enhancement of drugs when he on the team 🤔

  2. I'm so glad there is a video on this. Man we LOVED Treylon in Arkansas. I hope he can get to it. Big disappointment for him. He was so dominant in the SEC. I don't know what happened.
