  1. Laine and LPD are the same. They can't get along with anyone, or play with a team for more than a couple years then they wear out their welcome and want out.

  2. Houston will get a team before Arizona. Houston has been on the radar and ready to go for more than 10 years now. So next expansion I see Atlanta and Houston.

  3. Hello I'm Nobody Important in Hamilton. People recovering from addiction to alcohol or drugs must spend the rest of their lives aware that they cannot drink or drug today. Those who make it through each day become fantastic sensible sympathetic unselfish people. Those that still drink or drug are generally speaking, selfish assholes.

  4. I doubt the Jackets send Laine to a team in the eastern conference. I think they will most likely keep him until he re-establishes his trade value. His trade value won't go any lower, but it can go higher. If and when he is moved, I would think his probable destinations would be Utah or Anaheim. The whole notion that he's on his way to Toronto or Montreal is a creation of the Canadian hockey media. It's certain sportswriters throwing ideas out there they hope will stick that gets Laine traded to their favorite team for a bag of doughnuts.

  5. Here is my optimum "spend to the cap" suggestion. I'm Nobody Important in Hamilton.
I'd love to hear what you think.
    30 Million Top 6 forwards

    10 Million Bottom 6 forwards

    20 Million Top 4 defencemen

    12 Million Bottom 3 defencemen

    8 Million 2 Goaltenders

3 Million Goon, healthy scratch roster, AHL callups

    80 + 3 total

  6. Laine to Toronto!!

He seems to get his motor revved up around Austin Matthews I think if he was on Toronto he and Austin would have a rivalry and push each other

  7. Laine sucks… any team he’s on suffers, and is immediately better after his departure. Look at Winnipeg. Hope he ends up in San Jose or Anaheim… let him fade away into nothingness

  8. JBB is doing an amazing job in TB. The Lightning will continue to be competitive for years longer than any other GM could have achieved with this roster.

  9. 10:40
“Nashville we know is a good team”

Huh? How do you know they’re a good team? They didn’t make the playoffs and they have a lot of new talent incoming. How can you possibly say “we know they’re a good team”? wtf?

F the Preds btw. Go Stars

  10. I think Carolina makes the most sense especially with the cap space they have and with who’ve they lost in free agency

  11. Not giving Stamkos what he wanted is probably going to be a positive career defining move for BriseBois. It will most likely extend their competitive window compare to keeping Stamkos at the price Nashville paid.

  12. Wait just a hot second! First, why name the 15min video about Laine and talk about him for 2:30?? Second, you honestly think Kent Johnson is a capable 1C?! What planet are you on??? Clearly not actually following the news in CBJ land cuz PL played C for like 2 games and that was over. Old news. PL/JG just don’t work. Tried over and over. They just don’t. KJ is like the 7th C on that team now. New 1st line Gaudreau-Monahan-Marchenko. Cycle Laine in there when he’s healthy.

  13. You are not special the Connor Bedard fact was mentioned at the draft so yeah you are not first to say this 🖕🍁

  14. Jackets are gonna need to eat $3-$4m of his cap hit unless they throw in a 1st rd pick. Def not an $8m/player, he only plays half the games and is one-dimensional….

  15. I expect Washington will make a big push here given their recent aggressiveness and their recent salary cap space from the Kuznetsov termination. Washington likes size and they need a scoring 2LW. His contract ends exactly when Ovechkin retires which means Washington could seamlessly re-sign him. His age is exactly where the Caps have been acquiring.
