You gotta love this guy, all business, all professional, all the time. Constantly practicing encouraging the players and at the same time he stresses holding players accountable. He’s getting the basics down and at the same time creating an offensive identity. I don’t picture an explosive offense lighting up the scoreboard for 30+ a game but a good ball control offense with our defense would be an awesome combination.
Smart guys. At this level, every player in the league is a world-class athlete. So many games come down to the team that makes the least mental errors is the team that wins.
Absolutely love his demeanor. I know it comes down to Jimmys and Joes and we will have to see how our roster pans out. But it feels good to have confidence in a competent guy behind the Xs & Os.
