So many teams would kill to have a front office like we have. I'm tired of Wilson getting flack for Sharks not having a cup. He wasn't the one on the ice falling short in the playoffs; he's the reason they were always in them. I never liked the Karlsson deal from day 1 but i understood it. In the GM's shoes i too would have been pissed, determined, and a bit desperate as well to get that core FINALLY over the hump and not have all that build and potential be for nothing.
Finally admits , letting Pav go was the biggest mistake. The biggest mistake in Sharks history I think .
John Scott has a pretty good podcast. I wonder if he replaces Tara Sloan to produce individual segments? I’m not sure what kind of analysis he could bring as a color commentator…his expertise seemed to be in being 6’9” and 270lbs.
Doug Wilson was, and IS the cancer that has destroyed this franchise. His micro-managing was responsible for great coaches and players going elsewhere to WIN THE CUP! The day that the Las Vegas Knights were born was the day I quit the Sharks. Why? DOUG WILSON.
The buck stops at his office door, and a DEI hire to replace him proves that this franchise is going NOWHERE.
The best general managers hire the most qualified person, and then GET OUT OF THE WAY, and let them do their job.
How many coaches have won cups AFTER leaving the Sharks?

I hope the Sharks retire Pav’s jersey and hang it from the rafters at the Tank, he was the heart and sole of the Sharks, he deserves it.
Jody Shelley is good on the Columbus telecasts, and he’s really good on NHL network too.
I mean had the Blues not injured most of the Sharks top players in 2019 then we probably win a cup. People forget that.
