  1. lmao i remember this. i was at this game. everyone is like who the fuck is Elliot. i laughed cuz he was a nobody. now he's their starter…

  2. did…you…just…say…texas…has…better…fans…than…ottawa? you are a fucking idiot. dont talk anymore.

  3. I have a lot of respect for the leafs (mostly alumni) but to any leaf fan that wants to talk about success, I wouldn't go into that discussion. Having researched for decades, the leafs have never made a cup appearance with more than 6 teams in the league (1967). The Senators won 11 Stanley Cups, were the NHL's first dynasty (now recognized by NHL academia) and in after only 15 years (not many considering their finical situation) the Sens have a Prince of Whales Trophy. Daniel Alfredsson=Hero!

  4. Lol I Hate How When Theres A Game At Ottawa Between Them and The Leafs, So many Of the Leaf Fans Show Up and Boo.. Leaf Fans annoy Me lol

  5. For any fan of the Ottawa Senators, I would like your opinion…
The Senators were originally a member of the NHL between 1917 & 1942. The NHL returned a team to Ottawa, Ontario in 1992 and they continued with the Senators name.
Would fans of the team agree the greatest Senators of all time are:
#11 Daniel Alfredsson (the guy who shot the puck at Neidermayer)
    #15 Dany Heatley
and the Sens 2 best goalies of all time are:
#1 Alex Connell (lead original Sens to 11 Cup titles)
    #1 Ray Emery

  6. Yeah, I wonder…

Corvo, a great powerplay quarterback, and Eaves, a quick 2nd or 3rd liner.

  7. Umm what???

Corvo a one way defensemen whos defense is horrible. He doesnt battle, gives the puck a way constantly, just has a great slapshot. Oh and btw requested a trade because and i quote "i dont like the pressure of being under the microscope in a canadian city."…yeah we really miss him. Do you see him helping the canes right now on the powerplay? They suck at it.

Patrick Eaves. Good player. No doubt but the new martin havlat. Always injured and it hasnt stopped in carolina.

  8. screw Heatley im so sick of him!! if he doesnt want to stay in the best hockey city in the NHL than get lost you f***

  9. @XSVision05 it wasnt the media. its the fact that he would miss planes, show up late or not show up at all to practices. Shit like that. He was so full of himself it was sickening.

  10. @chucklesguitar 1: The media twists and turns everything around. I remember the same year the team went to the cup finals. At the start of the year the media was trying to get rid of Alfredsson, cause he had a slow start. 2nd Everytime Spezza does a bad turn over the media is all over him and were asking people if they woud trade Spezza. But when he does something good, the media doesn't care.

  11. @chucklesguitar 3: The media in Ottawa has nothing to talk about, so when the slightest thing happens they put it under the microscope, and make it even worst. Than they start stating how bad its effecting the team, and critize the GM on their lack of action and should deal Emery. The media starts it but the fans jump on the bandwagon. Emery could have pulled his career into the right direction but the GM was now forced to remove him.

  12. Too bad it wasnā€™t the Stanley Cup, but oh well, this is at least a better one.

  13. I was 9 years old back then. And wtf, I remember when Luke richardson played for the team haha. The games meant so much more back then. The opening to every game was better, the crowd cheering "go sens go" was much louder, chants were more common, people would paint their faces and dress up for the games, people hosted parties before going to the sens games, and the games actually got close to selling out. I think one season almost every game was a sellout
