The NJ Devils have added Chuck Fletcher, Andy Greene, and Manny Legace to their Hockey Operations staff.

We need to get Fletcher fired! Just like you wouldn't have a blind person spot a sniper or have someone with parkinsons as a neurosurgeon Fletcher shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a decision making position.

Hey Ace! Next player in the Ring of Honor has to be Claude Lemieux. 13 goals in the '95 playoffs on his way to the Conn Smythe trophy… Traded in the off season and Devils miss the playoffs. Lou brought him back to NJ and the team wins their 2nd cup. Proven winner and clutch when it counted. I will never forget that slapper from just inside the blue line that beat Hextall and literally broke the Flyer's spirit.

MacKinnon is the GM of the Utica Comets where his main focus is as AGM. Madigan is a step below Fitzgerald

i was at the 1st hockey game ever played in Brooklyn. Kevin Connolly was sitting directly in front of me. People keep sending beers down to him. I had no clue who he was my wife recognized him. I ended up speaking with him, he's a long time Icelanders fan and he was a nice guy. Keep up the good work ACE.
I actually do like the Greene and Legace hires, I am starting to get that like "okay how many voices do we really need here?" feeling though that you mentioned. As for Fletcher, ugh. The best decision was not to hire him, the second best decision is fire him immediately. The only what that brain blackhole is a good hire is if you do the opposite of whatever he advises.

I remember Kevin Connolly giving props to Jack Hughes in one of his IG stories. (Might have been beginning of last season.) As I said in my first comment ever on one of your live feeds this ownership only cares about money. That’s why they like the young fast scorers. Great to have them of course, but it’s why I assume D and Goal have felt like an afterthought. My guess is they just want to collect all major sports teams. They have basketball, hockey, and now football – my guess is they’ve been trying to figure out baseball, (or maybe also be working on soccer.) Not hating on anyone earning, but I don’t think they have a clue what they’re doing, but like some bosses think their position makes them intelligent. You know I ain’t the biggest Fitz fan, but regardless of who the GM is you have delegated a job to that person, and should back off and let them do it. (Assuming they are interfering.) Not using LTIR was stupid. I might not like Fitz, but there’s no way that a GM in his right mind would not take advantage of that loophole, which could have helped maybe be a difference maker at the end of the season.
