I think Cam York is gonna be our #2 for years but I can see Tys being a 40+ scorer
They’re the two young players I like the most. Frost, Drysdale and Farabee are still huge question marks
If forester develops right he could be a phenomenal player. His shot is elite elite.
Neither. They passed over selecting other draftees ( that turned out to be superstars ) to get York. Annointed him as their # 1 defender. So far he's not. In fact, he would struggle to be a #3 or #4 on most playoff caliber teams. Sanhiem, their #2 defender, is 6 ft 4 & well over 220 lbs, but plays soft as a marshmallow puff. Drysdale, their #3 defender, looks like an injury-prone bust. Seeler is a great shot-blocking machine but provides little offense & causes too many penalties. Risto was hurt for most of last year, still no word on if he's any better. Nobody wants him in a trade because of that & his huge contract. Jury's still out on Zamula, Attard, or any other of the part-time Phantoms' call-up players.
As for Foerstar, he is supposed to have this increditable hard shot. But he sometimes gets hesitant to use it, indecisive whether to pass or shoot. Lends itself into turnovers & he's not that strong defensively either. Same thing goes for Frost & Farabee. Hence they've each spent time in Coach Torts' doghouse & benched for games. They could be the cornerstone youth of this team's rebuild OR they could be sent away in a bad trade, only to blossom for another team. This year will tell.
both. but as a manager you need to see one more season errr maybe do it mid season if they killin it a la tippett. teams are all over this strategy. faber, guhle to name a couple recently
I believe in Cole Caulfeild
