  1. Find someone who loves you as much as Breezy and Coop love Conor Sheary.

If he was actually hurt as bad as it seems I hope at least he’s half useful this year. Can’t be worse so

  3. It’s kinda crazy I haven’t thought of this before, but Hagel – Cirelli – Guentzel would be fucking ecstatic to watch. And we all know you can give anyone to Point – Kuch and they’ll be one of the best in the league anyway

This season is going to make or break JBBs future with the team. Book it.

No team with playoff aspirations, much less an open cup window, would have Conor Sheary in it’s top six. He’s not an NHL level player anymore. If he was that hurt, he would have been on LTIR.

He was a “healthy” scratch in the playoffs but now he’s a top sixer?

This is an epic snowjob attempt by the front office, and in my mind probably should cost JBB his job for professional malpractice.

I get that they thought he had more upside, but he was terrible all season. Fine, but you gotta cut your losses, don’t double down on this terrible mistake.

I don’t think I’ve seen a guy get so many opportunities to fit into our Top 6 because he was productive riding on the coattails of Sid and Ovi

Tanner Jeannot was acquired for a king’s ransom with the potential of being our version of a Tom Wilson type but never got a sniff at being an option in the Top 6

Both players had an injury riddled season but the 27 year old 6’2 winger who can make a physical impact in the Bottom 6 when not producing was shipped out so soon to recoup the losses of the steep price paid to acquire him and the 32 year old 5’8 winger who skated in circles 10 minutes a night in the Bottom 6 when not playing with superstar talent is the one who sticks around

    Make it make sense

    “Or swap Sheary with Guenztel”

    HOW BOUT NOOOOOOOO

I’m going to be honest, I don’t see the harm in giving him grace the first month or so to prove it was the injury holding him back, while some of of better prospects have time in Syracuse to learn our systems. If he’s still awful around Thanksgiving time, it’ll be time to trade him or send him down.
