This is going to sound harsh but I didn’t rank Johansson because he’s just too light for my liking. There was chatter around the draft about how he might have put on weight since he was last weighed but they weighed him at dev camp and he’s 147lbs. I’m not willing to consider him until he puts on at least 20 more. Good news is that’s doable, guys on the light side on draft day can and do bulk up and become impact NHLers, but very few players south of 160 make it to the show (NHL.com lists 4 in the cap era).
