Jamie McLennan joins as the Big Guest of the Day for Pro Am Sports! During his time on the show, he shares his thoughts on the Oilers’ 4-1 loss in Sunrise Florida. Noodles highlights the biggest moments of the game and why the Panthers were able to come out with the win.
McLennan looks ahead to Game 3 where he thinks the Oilers should take out Evander Kane and put Corey Perry back in. Noodles discuss the low points of the Oilers during Game 2 and what they need to do better heading back home for Thursday’s game. McLennan thinks that there needs to be some players to step up big for the orange and blue to have a chance to win.
He goes on to break down the play of Stuart Skinner and how he performed in Game 2.

Here's the thing, what I've seen tells me that Kulak is our 3rd best defenseman right now, the problem is slotting the next 3 guys. You could try Kulak Nurse on the 2nd pair if nurse is healthy and then try Broberg + Desharnais 3rd pair. But we can't have a defender out there playing injured or getting hunted on dump ins like Ceci, if Ceci is playing he has to stabilize the puck and move it to his partner, which he can't do with Nurse because Nurse just doesn't utilize his space and time when he has the puck, And Please God just play Gagner and let Him generate offensive pressure. You cannot have the ONLY offensive hockey be played by 3 players.

The knee was 100% a 5 and match. And Drai should be suspended. Bennett should have been too, but if that means this isn't a suspension, then the department of player safety might as well be dismantled.
