The New Jersey Devils had one of the most disappointing seasons, after failing to come close to the playoffs. This offseason the Devils have made sweeping changes to try and boost the team back into the playoffs by bringing in Sheldon Keefe, Jacob Markstrom, and more sweeping changes. Will it be enough to boost the team back to the playoffs?

Great piece on my Devs! You’re right about everything! Palat really has to step it up or we need to get rid of him mid season! I can’t take another trash season from him, a player getting paid like he’s contributing over 60 points! If he’s a liability again then Fitzgerald needs to pull the trigger and trade big time to put us in the best position possible for the playoffs if Palat’s poor play doesn’t keep us from making the playoffs cause everyone else is/looks poised to have career years!! Our revamped Goaltending and sick revamped defense with guys like Hamilton returning healthy, Luke Hughes and Nemec who will only get better stronger and faster in their soft more seasons this year and Seamus Casey licking his chops for either Hughes or Nemec needs replacement somehow! And don’t forget Haataka is still available waiting for another chance to shine like he did this past season!
