  1. i'm kind of tired of hearing the the Q doesn't have the talent compared to the OHL and WHL. This is getting so old when you look at who were the last 4 champions of the memorial cup in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023. The problem with the Q is not about the talent, the problem with the Q is a problem of culture. Because over these 4 years, they have dominated the tournaments.

  2. What a joke? Canadian Junior tier 2 hockey is a tire fire. Are they looking for more horrific travel incidents/ accidents. Has anyone looked at a freakin map.

  3. The anti QMJHL rhetoric is so ridiculous. Q teams repeatedly beat W or O teams consistently and for those saying they “load up on talent” is funny because we’ve had multiple only Q team mem cup finals as well as the fact that every year there is always multiple teams you could see pushing for the championship. Our players are consistently discriminated against and it’s so obvious if you’re close to major junior hockey. Size is another factor, because a lot of the best guys in the Q are too small to be selected in the nhl draft. Dumais for example is still disregarded even tho he was neck and neck with bedard in points and all the best goalies in the CHL arguably could be found in the Q but are under 6 feet tall, I could go on and on. Did anyone see the Olympic vs 67s exhibition games last year? Gatineau embarrassed Ottawa every time and Gatineau didn’t even make it to the championship, but Ottawa was the OHLs best team in season. Listen, I don’t think the league is perfect, but this narrative is completely bull and is just propagated by sheep who don’t like Quebec or follow what others who are uninformed say. Trust me.
