Conservatives feel that any Black person in a position of power or prestige feels they got there not by their skills but because the color of their skin. To them that is what DEI means. To conservatives there is no Black person smart enough to be on the Supreme Court, or be Vice President, or be the president of a university. So, Bill O'Reilly is wrong. Skin color is a big factor in politics and how people think, especially conservatives.
