i 100% get why graves was signed. I liked the signing when it happened. But i wonder if he was signed when dubas thought the EK65 trade was not going to happen and now its not a great fit. Graves cannot possibly be worse and makes too much $$ to be a 3rd pairing guy. BUT there is no way that Graves could be moved right now without either taking a bad contract back or tying an asset unless he improves greatly. He is 29 and is under contract for 4 seasons. that will appeal to several teams if he rediscovers his game. i hope he has a great 1st half and is traded by the end of december.
