It doesn’t make sense to me that he’s above both Barron and Harris before he even plays in NA.
He might end up as better than them but the “Norrislinder” hype is still recent so I’m not getting too hyped until we see how this season goes in Laval.

For those concerned that he’s ranked above an actual NHLer, keep in mind that this list tries to weigh “projectability”.

I don’t necessarily agree with the method, but it’s going to result in outcomes like this from time to time and that’s ok.
