    I like your lineup idea…Fowler has dropped off..but don't forget Nathan Gaucher who is being groomed as a defensive center and he is big and tough.

    We saw the video you posted of McTavish in shorts and he looks 100% man strength now. I like him on the boards, so I have him as a wing. I want Zegras getting room, so I have him as a center.

    Fowler I would have traded back in February or bought him out this summer. We can’t win if he plays no check hockey.

    I need Yegor Sidorov in the lineup asap, dude has been money and I wouldn’t be shocked if he does well enough in the AHL to earn a few call ups.

    In my totally unqualified opinion, Minty, Zelly, and Luneau need to be paired with stay at home defensemen so they can be unleashed offensively. Asking Minty to play the Lyubushkin role for Luneau his second year seems counterproductive.

    Minty with Gudas, Dumo with Luneau, and Vaaks with Zelly would be my preference but they understandably won't scratch Cam the whole season so poor Zelly might have to pair with him and Vaaks can rotate in to try and slow some of the Fowler +/- bleeding.

    Second line I'd do z/vatrano and leason. What Z needs is a netfront presence and leason 6'5" 215 can provide that. That would then lead to a pretty solid mct/terry and fabbri or mcginn. Possibly strome if we get first month of last season strome back.

    I'm still hoping for Laine, looks like he is training like a beast this off-season. But, so far at least no rumours about any discussions etc..

    All the goals of Leo Carlsson (except one) he was with Terry in one line and most of them with Killorn, so the line Carlsson-Terry-Killorn is a proved option for Leo and should be used more often but yeah, I understand the Carlsson-Gauthier option too.

    I would like to move up Zegras to 1st with Leo. Leo is a workhors that can set up Z for goals and they nead mobile passers and a D that can hold the blue and not fold to fast.

    how is leo right now? he actually didn't look good after that contact with vlassic last time i watched him play. i haven't seen anything about it since then.
