1993 Montreal Canadiens Vs Buffalo Sabres Game 4 (Overtime Only) Patrick Roy Vs Grant Fuhr
The third period and overtime of this deceptively hard fought and very close series. The Canadiens were facing a VERY good Buffalo team and frankly got lucky when 70 goal scorer Alexander Mogilny broke his ankle (the second major leg injury for Mogilny in as many years, he would never fully recover and to the extent he did — he had some excellent seasons in Vancouver — he must be commended) and Pat Lafontaine, their leading playmaker, was also injured but tried to play through it. Were it not for that the Canadiens might not have won this series or anything that followed.
