Lack of charity work that he promised to do.
It’s funny how he all of a sudden got hip issues when he arrived to Philly. Plus it didn’t help that him and Torts have a history.
That being said, if some of these guys don’t want to play here it’s fine. Philly isn’t for everyone. Jay knows this as he played with that toughness and blue collar mentality that Flyers fans respect. That’s all they ask of from their players. Philly is in good hands with Briere long term though.
Sounds like flyers wanted the 1st rounder but didn't want to pay the $8 million….guy was way…way…over paid….
