How can you know after he's only played only 3 NHL games ( with a GREAT Nashville defensive squad), just how good he's is going to be? Oh wait he did put in 20+ KHL games too! Get a grip fellas! Hey, you could be right and he could turn out to be another "Dominator" but then again he may NOT! Just take it slow and remain optomistic until he proves himself just a little bit.

I like the fact that when Sharks were good they constantly get beat by these jerk, helicopter goalies like Belfour, Binnington, Quick, etc. Well, apparently this guy is a jerk on the ice, he's good and now he's ours. Suck it rest of the NHL.

Nice call JD, your last podcast! I think there’s potential in Edstrom… but at least it wasn’t Musty. I think we have immediate depth at G where Edstrom is/was a 3rd/4th option. I think we’re turning the ship around to compete mode immediately, bout time in Sharks land….
Grier has put on a clinic for GMs to see how you turn around a franchise in 2 seasons.
