  1. Dubois is a tough customer, but that’s the second time these playoffs that he’s made contact with someone and it results in a dangerous play, wonder if they look at this at all

  2. Shouldn’t have been a penalty at all. Clean hit, hip into the boards. Killorn faked an injury to get the call and after it was made he was fine. Typical Lightning bs.

  3. Penalty is subjective on this play. could go either way. Im leaning to it being a penalty in the regular season by probably shouldnt be a penalty in the playoffs

    definitely no suspension or fine.

  4. Who are these guys doing commentary/play by play? They sound like they have no idea what is happening or even watch a game in their life.

  5. Calling this a hit is very generous towards Dubois. It was a shove. Killorn on the other hand seriously needs to learn some basic survival instincts. This is hockey, this is the playoffs, the game moves fast, if you cut in front of a player in movement expect contact. This stupid reflex of "if they see my numbers I can't be hit, I'm safe" will end someone's career at some point. I'm not saying the shove was a legal play but players over the past decade or so seem to have taken this attitude of putting themselves in a dangerous position at high speed and not protect themselves and that was a prime example of what I mean. Go back to the 80's or 90's and you would never see a player put himself in this position on purpose.

  6. I’m not trying to say this is a legal hit, because it wasn’t, but then maybe something needs to be done about reverse hits, because we see it all too often players following people into the corner like this and then the puck carrier just pull ups and drills an unsuspecting player chasing them. Reverse hits should get deemed interference and maybe it’ll prevent more players from running people hard from behind like this, could be them not wanting to be on the receiving end.

The replay at 0:43 shows killorn going in looking like he’s about to pull up, and do just that

  7. So the same thing, probably even worse happens to Vancouver twice, once with sutter in game 2, yesterday in game 3 to tanev…and no calls for either. Hmmmmm

  8. idk what either dubois or killorn were thinking there.
kind of a stupid move by both players lol

  9. Alex Killorn labels himself as a “social media influencer” in my opinion he deserves it
