Well we have a well oiled Skilled Machine to Kick Butt.
Better have a New Look Leaf machine. Toronto is 100 point team or more during the Season , We need a Hard nosed Skilled team in the Playoffs.

Patches isn't really a fit imo. We need guys that bring identity. Grit, size, toughness, scoring, intangibles. In my mind, that guy is a loser list player.
Max is 36 years old. Has managed to play about 90 games over the past three seasons.
Good pickup depth scoring and a guy that can play lw on all 4 lines can’t go wrong with it as well as he’s a vet

Darius' point about having more or less steady lines that each have an identity is a good one. There can be moveable parts with different looks, but those looks should be known quantities, not random trial and error lines.
From a trade rumor that leafs trying to aquire 60 points Forward Frank Vatrano at 1.3m retained and F Brett Leason or F Sam Colangelo and 4th in 2025 for F Nick Robertson sign and trade and C David Kampf and RD Conner Timmins and Conditional 3rd pick in 2027 if Frank Vatrano resign with leafs ducks would get leafs 2nd in 2027 if true or not we will see? And from trade rumors that Ducks are the front runner for Nick Robertson if true or not we will see?

I Knew that's who they were looking at before it was even said online. Why do we keep getting the older guys and severely overpaying the youngers guys. I don't understand a lot of guys want to play for there childhood team but don't want to play for them when they are younger, they only want to play when they are about to retire. I believe we (Maple Leaf's) need to change that. In my own opinion.
Enough of this, Make a real trade… you cant add without subtracting. It’s time to make a real hockey deal.
