Guys – I am a Canucks fan, and while I agree Demko not at
Training camp is a concern, the team plays a very strong system and has a LOT of stars – Hughes, Hronek and a very BIG d-corp including your old friend Desharnais on the third pairing with Myers and Forbert. Edmonton’s defense does not compare. Up front – we don’t have McDavid or Draisaitl, but we do have Miller, Pettersen, Boeser and guys like Garland and Joshua plus we added Heinen, Sherwood and Debrusk and even Sprong. I know Edmonton made some expensive free agent signings and added Skinner and Arvidsson (paying up to the cap and now losing Broberg and Holloway) but those guys are OLD and SLOW. Add Henrique, and some other old guys and Liam thinks Vancouver will be “like New Jersey”.
Just making the line up lol he isn’t good he is a body on the roster that doesn’t specifically do anything well. He over analyzes everything and doesn’t just play hockey. He is always thinking systems hockey and that’s it.
