Blake has done an awful job with asset management. I realize every team has to lose some players to waivers but damn, losing first rounders to waivers feels lazy and short sighted on his part when he makes trades. Like if you don’t see those guys having a future include them as part of other trades to get a better return even if it’s just like 6th round pick or some shit.

God damn does our team such at development.

Excited to see how Pinelli does in camp. I know some people were pretty high on him being close to ready last year.

Byfield is a regular so take him off. Honestly Spence is more of a prospect. Clarke will join them soon.
Dvorak has nothing special written all over him. Greentree has a lot going on and so does Ziemmer but both have potentially fatal flaws.
Worse still is the lack of depth in the middle of the org. You have some decent recent picks and some guys that are on the main roster, but not much to pluck from the AHL right now.
Prospect depth has improved big time in goal, at least.

I remember a couple of years ago we had one of the best farm systems
