Cam you need to do a sleep study they can tell you how many times you stop breathing while you sleep. Then they can get you on a cpap machine or another option. Reggie White died to sleep apnea and I have it. My cpap helps a lot

Cam big dog you need a CPAP machine, you got a big neck just like me and your muscles relax af when sleeping and it closes your airways, my body used to wake up 10 times/hour, it doesn't necessarily wake you up but it does activate your brain so you don't lose oxygen, take it easy big boy
