  1. I love Tanger. Geno is a world class player. The issue is the high expectations and trying to force offense. The game has gotten to a defense first mindset. Big opportunities occur and the fact is you gotta bury them. With the inconsistency of the lines. Not sticking to a game plan. It’s takes confidence away from the team and creates this desperate play. Which causes high quality opportunities for the the other team. And when you lose. Everybody starts talking. For example. Last game was really won by one goal and defense. But you look at the score the next day, had you not seen the game and you think. Wow, they got blown out. When in all reality. It was a very close game for 95% of it. Until we pulled DeSmith. We’re in a great situation if anybody seen it from a strategic and realistic stand point, we’re flying under the radar. Injured guys are recovering. We’re getting back to our own identity. Hanging in the playoff picture. We have world class players on our team. We can undoubtedly win the cup this year if the guys in the locker room really want it. And there’d be absolutely no problems or issues if the media would stop whoring out the Penguins for attention ($$$$), and if Jimmy was a little quieter about his “opinions” and “ideas”. The Hagelin trade is still up in the air because he was a great penalty killer. Unless Pearson starts slinging up points with Geno. It will be another miss/loss for us. Having said all that. We have very important players injured like Patric Hornquist that adds another dimension. An extra boost in the locker room and on the ice. Our goal tending situation is great. Everybody seems to be ass backwards. And I think it’s because people don’t view the goals scored against from a analytical stand point. Unless it’s obvious, and even then, you still have the idiots out there.

  2. So much more thought. I should be the host of the hockey segment. I could dissect it better. With actual logic. Not just trying to say shit to get the bees buzzin

  3. If they just keep chugging along, continuing to work, supporting each other, communicating on the ice and making smart moves with the puck, not forcing anything. And just ignore the outside chatter and bs. They will be absolutely fine. And on there way to another cup. The talent is there. When we work hard and play smart. I believe we’re the best team in hockey.
