  1. Try to just imagine the devastation and the timing. They were ready to celebrate a sisters wedding and now its all gone. So very sad.

  2. yeah you are too young. TBS, "don't let folks drive drunk for JOhnny" – how aboot FOR ALL OF US.

  3. Whose bright idea was the Boston Pizza ad "ice cold pints out on the patio" as the lead in to a story about 2 men killed by a drunk driver?

  4. I believe both Johnny and Matthew are the cloud cars of the care bears into the heaven immigration department.

  5. what reminds me of john gaudreau when he was on the ice was you heard his name there should be a stat like that he was always in the play RIP

  6. As a player, I think JG was special in the way that he came into the offensive zone…unique really. The sudden stops, spins, backtracks all created time…1 to 3 seconds which allowed his line to follow. When he was with the Flames I am pretty sure they had set plays base on what JG did carrying the disk. JG does this then we do that.

  7. Absolutely garbage respect here, Burke is drunk. Poor and disrespectful reporting when the lead reporter can barely pronounce Gaudreau properly, just don’t bother.

  8. What the fuck is wrong with you leading with a fucking ad and not one of you realized it? You just read it like yeah buy some Boston pizza now on to the deaths. You tone deaf dumb fuckers

  9. I have authored two books about NCAA hockey history and wrote about Johnny extensively in both. He was U.S. college hockey's last 80-point scorer in 2014, and I don't think we'll ever see another player surpass 80 points. The closest since then were Jack Eichel and Kyle Connor, who each only got to 71.
Burkie, who played at Providence College, understands how much Gaudreau meant to Boston College and NCAA hockey as a whole. This is a difficult day.

  10. Ya just roll from ads right into the news of 2 tragic deaths .. Don’t even report on it if this is the respect you show seriously such vultures

  11. I'm a Sens fan (but not a Leafs hater), and can advise the Leafs to stay the hell away from Kubalik. Hoffman, JVR, aren't the answer either in my opinion. They should probably try and snatch up a decent KHL player for a role in their bottom six. Great show boys!

  12. Unfortunately this tragic accident does not surprise me. New Jersey roads are as dangerous as I’ve ever seen. Passing on a shoulder is what caused these deaths and I see dangerous illegal stunts like this every day. Our police are looking for easy tickets at speed traps and not driving on the roads in unmarked cars looking for the real bad drivers. I had a pick up truck today tailgating me at high speed while I was going the upper speed limit trying to intimidate me to get out of his way. Where are the police? This guy who killed Johnny and his brother should not have been on the road.
