With The D being slightly downgraded from last year I wonder if they play bouch away from Ekholm for parts of the season to balance the pairs a bit more. Say with nurse? This will show us how much of bouch’s production is due to the big swede. Might give them more of an idea if he really is a 10m player.

Bouchard Pros and Cons:
Pro: PP QB, Get lots of points
Cons: Not Physical, slow in our own zone, loses his guy a lot and gives the puck up too much.
Why do we need a high scoring defenceman when we have so many high scoring forwards? I would feather have two amazing d men at 5 million each. I think he’s only worth 6 million. He gets as many points as Hyman and Nuge. Why would we pay him 10 million for that?
