12:23 they won't have a case for lost wages from the NHL since the players were on paid leave until the end of last season and then not qualified when there contracts expired!
I hope that Carter Hart is innocent of all charges when this is resolved.
I hate to think that if the Flyers knew about this and still let him play.
Hart should lay low until he's been cleared or is proven guilty.
