If they are leaving the regular parking in the other lots I think this is a cool idea.
For weekends where there are multiple sports on and it’s a game day those suites will be nice.
Will be interesting to see what shops and retail they put around the area as well. Really do need more of a reason to be in that area on game days.

Getting out of the flat parking lot goes so smoothly after a sold out game, I bet anybody parked on an upper level of those decks will be out of there and home in 3-4 hours, no problem! Would be cool to have things developed but I’m scared what it’ll be like while they’re doing construction for a year and have half the parking lot bulldozed to do it during the season.
