Petey's not going to be part of the Helicopter 2.0 line this year.
They didn't need to make any big moves they needed winger depth and they did exactly that.
I disagree with Cam, not everything went right. Demko got hurt, Lindholm got hurt, Soucy hurt twice, Joshua got hurt, EP40 struggles after the all star break. Kuzmenko and Mikheyev falling off and now no longer with the team. Those issues were largely ignored because the team kept rolling but they did have obstacles they had to overcome.
The proof, as always, is in the pudding.

Disagree with Cam… they are not on the 2nd tier with 2 of the top 10 centers , one of the best goalies, one of the top 2 defenseman and probably the best defense pairing… and pretty solid winger depth this year.. only concern is another top 4 d
$11.6 million for a 2nd line winger. over priced much? JT Miller is far superior… for so much less. Greedy Petey contract destroyed the Canucks
