I think people really underestimate how much of a mental game sports are, especially hockey. The ducks didnt really change their roster. They did swap out some of the coaches, which I think has given them a moral boost and sense of change. But these are the same kids from last year, just playing with incredible confidence and finally thinking they can win each game they play rather than excepting defeat before the game starts.
