I created this video to show that the Montreal Canadiens won the big block buster trade in 2018 with the Vegas Golden Knights. The Montréal Canadiens received Nick Suzuki, Tomas Tatar, and a 2019 2nd round pick from the Vegas Golden Knights for Max Pacioretty. Pacioretty has not played for Vegas for a few seasons and he was not part of Vegas winning the 2023 Stanley Cup. Meanwhile Suzuki has been getting better every season and will become one of the best 2 way centres in the NHL. This is why the Montréal Canadiens for sure won this trade and is one of the best trades in Montréal Canadiens history.
