I just started this book yesterday. So far it’s really good. I’ve been a Flyers fan for 40 years and in the first 10 pages I learned so much about the history of the team.

I’m assuming this book came out in 2008-2010 but it’s still kinda weird they used a random replica jersey on the cover.

Yea there are a bunch of books out there . I am reading “The Game that Saved the NHL” It has russians … The must read for all Flyers fans …. “Ed Snyder ” The Last Sports Mogul”” . The SO is reading that one right now.

Well the bad is definitely those jerseys. Fuck the Reebok Edge era, I think only one team still uses their template, the Washington Capitols.

I always found it funny that out of all the iconic Flyers throughout history, they chose Jason Smith for the cover.
