You can send it to PX to have it professionally done. I’m pretty sure they’d still be able to properly customize it this specific jersey. Would recommend taking it directly to a skate zone instead of place if the order online and sending it to the wfc tho.
Or there’s Customize Sports. They make and sell kits that you can iron on yourself. Then you can sew it down or have someone do that for you later.

The crest on these have a rubbery-like texture to it. I’ve seen a custom where a stencil was made and black, spray PlastiDip was used to do letters and numbers. Came out pretty well considering these have a rough, military-like stenciled look anyway.
Keep in mind this was a local guy, not a company doing the work. But it’s a good idea if you don’t have the money to hire this out.
