Got Luuk in Rd20 and Binnington in Rd18. 12 men league draft.
You mentioned 1 team goalie strategy in a previous video. What would be your most recommended teams for this?

1. Kuemper LAK. Meh. Hasn't been that durable. I'm passing.
2. Kochetkov CAR. Love it. Big target for me. He'll get close to 50 starts.
3. Korpisalo BOS. He's inconsistent but an intriguing option late.
4. Annunen COL. He's a good backup but I think Georgiev will rebound from a down year.
5. Luukkonen BUF. I think he's the 1a in Buffalo. They did give him a 5 year extension so he's in their plans. He'll see more ice than Levi this year but is Buffalo going to be that much better?
Other cheap GOALIES to have on your Radar.. Dostal, Montembeault, Ersson, Hofer, Wolf, Silous, even Gus has a late ADP.
No askarov? Seems like a good sleeper could take the net

Lindgren had better numbers behind the same defense. Kuemper might actually be bad.
Kuemper def interesting but kings did lose dman Roy and coach Mclellan is gone and was a defensive first coach.Still like his upside however as a sneaky solid goalie
Last year I drafted Korpisalo in a few leagues because he got a shutout in a preseason game against Pittsburgh in Crosby's hometown. Big mistake.
I just did my draft, and I got Kurmper is round 15! How could u not take a shot on that?

thanks for great analysis and insight! i can't help thinking how many times i've come back to the idea of; live by the shit goalies, die by the shit goalies! I realize most goalies by and large have been inconsistent as hell. For me though, i'll take my chances with one stud like like Hellybuck or Soros in like the 2nd or 3rd round all day. these guys will always do you righteous by years end and rarely get hurt. have to sacrifice a top pick sometimes to avoid the heartache of what mediocre goalies do to your teams. thanks again man! I would however speculate on Stolartz and Ersson as a last rounder

yeah a goalie nobody cared about nobody had high on their list and traded away by teams that figured he was expendable.
Then we had Ullmark…Swayman the l,ist goes on and on nobodies getting on good teams that make them look good.People really don't know hockey like they THINK they do.
EVERY single goalie is identical they drop to their knees no matter where the shot is upstairs they drop down down shot wid they drop down they are just guessing all the time.
I would not waste any draft picks on goalies.
The Canes lost one of their best D-men definitely worth bringing up ….the Kings lost some D too.
One of the best looking years for 0 G honestly. So many potentially great draft picks late.
Got annunnen as a minor in my keeper league this year so I get to try him out risk free super excited
I'm not sure if it's been commented yet but Georgiev is also in the last year of his contract. If Colorado think Annunen is the future I can see him taking over the net quiet easily if Georgiev falters at all.
Love the video! my draft is coming up pretty soon, what is your honest opinion on the zero goalie strategy? is there a big risk involved or is it worth it in my 12 man league? Im really considering trying it this year.
