I love what's going on here. This is a new Flames team that is starting from the ground up. No more Sutter type personality which builds a new culture and the opportunity for the youth is there. The good thing is Hockey is a "young man's" game now. Long gone are the days of putting draft pics in the AHL for 3-4 years, players are so good right now age is less of a factor than in the past.
