Hockey is back(ish)! | Previewing 1st preseason game in Chicago | Seider has a chip on his shoulder

Moritz Seider is back in the states and at LCA! He spoke to the media and it seems he has a chip on his shoulder and motivated to prove his doubters wrong. And it seems he’ll get that opportunity as Lalonde says he doesn’t see Seider’s usage changing. Hockey is back! Detroit faces off in Chicago at 8pm EST. #LGRW

  1. I’ve shown my shart a few times also and when I do it’s typically time for me to change my shitty drawers!

  2. Yes, i believe that any of these guys in professional sports making that kind of money should be criticized unless they could almost singlehandedly win games for their team. Hope I'm wrong, but I'm more critical about Seider receiving that big contract than i am about Raymond getting his. Unless these pros play like Mario Lemiex, Wayne Gretsky, Guy Lafleur, Rocket Richard, or Gordie Howe in their prime, those kind of salaries will be frowned upon by critics. So, i hope Seider is the next Lidstrom soon enough to silence this criticism once and for all.😊

  3. You have a lot of money now invested in 3 players and I truly believe their not going to bring you a cup between the 3….it definitely hurts your cap space now to bring in top talent…now you have to depend on draft picks which take year's to develop and mediocre free agents to help you get where you wanna be

  4. The need for this team is still a scond line center and a defense that can move the puck. I'm so tired of hearing that Mo gets the toughest defensive assignments. He isn't the only guy on the ice for those assignments. I'm sure Larkin gets those assignments as well, and he still has to produce offense. Also, Seider does not have the offensive skill of the top defensemen in the league. He doesn't skate well enough.

  5. I’ve no interest in the AHL depth players whom are mostly 27 yrs old and up and are, by now, at their AHL ceiling. I’d rather they cut the roster and play the prospects more.

  6. Tell me you weren't watching the Red Wings when we had Steve Chiasson without telling me you weren't watching the Red Wings when we had Steve Chiasson. RIP.

If you dont know him, you're missing some Red Wings lore.

  7. Mo has been watching Kronwall and Vladdy highlights. He knows the Norris either goes to the guys who score the most points or the one who puts the most forwards in the hospital.

  8. Mo is my guy. He will be a legend when he hangs them up. I think he'll get his name in the rafters one day. And wear the C after larkin retires.
