thanks to you both for all the info leading into the season. From the draft to Training camp there has been a lot to cover.
good point about seeing Abols against the Islander D, would not have thought about that. Do like Ginning, like his size.
I disagree with Russ on his claim that Torts already knows his lines for Lappys AHL and his NHL rosters.
Just yesterday I watched an interview with Torts where he spoke about not knowing the lines at this point in preseason.
He has watched another coach coach his players along with prospects and AHLers, and lines werent run exactly how he wouldve wanted.
Instead of buying your pessimist conspiracy, I choose to take the man at face value.
Rachel, great stuff trying to balance the content with contrasting the vibes. Cant imagine its easy to be around Russ's negativity for so long, but bravo for you being able to do that.
Russ, please leverage your wisdom in a less pessimistic way. Sprinkle a few good points here and there to contrast your bias'.
I agree with Russ' pessimism. It is frustrating to know that a player like Andrae might be good enough to make the team, but other people are chosen over him. They have GOT to create space for prospects to have an ability to play. It is amazing how a team so mediocre/bad as the Flyers have no space for prospects other than Michkov.
