Pre season devils last year had me convinced they were presidents trophy contenders. Pre season devils this year have me extremely fucking nervous for the coming regular season. Maybe they’ll wait until the games matter to actually give a shit and stop a puck…
I decided to go ice skating last night while keeping an eye on the score. I stopped looking in the middle of the second period. I genuinely feel like they’re holding back their effort for the regular season. Unless we see this kind of performance in Prague, I’m not panicking. I say let them keep experimenting and play it safe in the preseason to avoid any needless injuries.
