Jesse Puljujarvi has been the standout player of the 2024 Pittsburgh Penguins training camp. After starting camp in a green AHL jersey, Jesse has skyrocketed his way up to what I believe is the set 3rd line right wing spot to start the season, leap-frogging several other people in the depth charts in the process.

I think you’re spot on, unless someone else has a couple unbelievably dominant preseason games, he may just be on the roster opening night. I thought he already looked good on the forecheck last year, if he can just bring a little bit of finishing he will be effective
