I get where Jahmal is coming from because he got caught flat footed and he took his eyes off Pereira and looked at Herb Dean not noticing the Pereira was zeroing in on him. But still the fundamental rule of combat is to protect yourself at all times. Still a clean win for Alex.

A lot of things happened. Pierrera definitely moved in after the nut shot, but it was before Herb stopped the fight, then Hill threw the first shot after the nut shot so the counter punch is fair game

Alex pereira understands how to win a fight, he comes in 40+ heavier every fight so why wouldnt he take the chance to take your noggin off your shoulders. He understood very well it was his chance to catch him off guard after closing that distance as he told Dean to back up. No excuses tho up until that bell ring your head needs to be in the game at all times. There’s always fans who literally never even have gotten into a fight before who will always try to go against someone with an extensive background and knowledge of the fighting arts. Some nerdy, geeky fan made this video because they believe Alex is some invincible being. He can’t be, I saw him get STARCHED by Izzy! This was a good take and Joe was correct.
