In tonight’s post-game recap I discuss the Oilers 5-4 comeback victory over the Seattle Kraken at Rogers Place in Edmonton. Connor McDavid was back in the lineup, but it was the supporting cast who helped the Oilers get the win with goals coming from Raphael Lavoie, Vasily Podkolzin, Mattias Ekholm and Noah Philp. Expect more roster cuts soon as we near the finish line of training camp! Calvin Pickard left the game in the first period so hopefully he is OK. Olivier Rodrigue came in relief and stopped 19 of 22 shots he faced for the victory. Next up for the Oilers: At Vancouver Canucks on Monday, 7 PM MDT on Sportsnet. Austin, I have a comment regarding your video thumbnails. I am from Europe, and most of the times I have to watch NHL games the day after, because of our time difference. If I use Youtube at any moment during the day
since I am subscribed to your channelchances are I will know the score before watching the game even if I don't watch your video, since you put the actual score on the video thumbnail. This is not a huge issue during preseason, but during season and playoffs it can be very annoying for people in my situation. Could you avoid putting the score so clearly in the thumbnails? Rodrique needs a chance. He has outgrown the AHL and we need to know what we have in him, hes already 24
